Getting various stakeholders on board at a time when the project was on a formative stage was crucial for the various activities to be undertaken. For this, the SACH team conducted PRA and Micro Planning exercises, identified and selected Community Resource Persons (CRPs) and made frequent interactions with the government agencies in the target villages.
