Capacity building of the teachers is undertaken through orientation and training of teachers on new and improved ways of teaching which are readily accepted by the students. Exposure visit of the teachers to witness models of sciences & math and other subjects in a fun-learning manner has been undertaken. The major focus is on developing and strengthening the educational system; and on improving the quality of teachers, teaching skills & motivation level.
