Youth Development

Youths are an important stakeholder of the project with focus on the following interventions.

• Formation of one Youth Committee in each village
• Engagement of youths in sports activities and promotion of sports in the villages by aiding them
• Youth counsellingand mobilization towards career, collective support for village development etc.
• Awareness generation and sensitization augmented with peer to peer counselling against drug addiction and abuse.
• Orientation of Youth on micro-enterprise development and promotion of entrepreneurship.
• Skill development of Youth on various career oriented subjects and facilitating proper marketing linkages for their placement.
